Belen Reviews
Rating 3.32 out of 5 31 reviews
When growing up, there were many businesses within the town. Some of these businesses catered to the young people of the area. Now with many other locations around the area, i.e. Albuquerque many businesses have closed their doors and there are no longer accommodating businesses for the next generation. Belen is a wonderful place to live, scenery, climate, friendly people, the only down side is not catering to the next generation to maintain the residence in the town.
Belen is my home town. I have lived here for 16 years and love the friends and community that I have created since childhood. However, it is not a place of much opportunity. This is a very small town without much here so you do have to travel farther distances to do much of anything.
Overall, Belen is not a terrible place to live, but there needs to be changes. The city needs to expand to allow new businesses to come in and offer more job opportunities for the populace.
