It is very family oriented community, the school system is great! It is a very quite neighborhood. But yet pretty close to business establishments and more to come. Location is centrally and easily accessible to neighboring cities. The town holds a summer concert in the park where everybody can gather and have some family and friends time.
Review Beaumont
If you want to live in a small town where the neighborhoods are quiet, then Fairway Canyon is a great place to settle in! Not only is it a friendly neighborhood, but there's a nearby golf course that anyone can attend! This would be a great place for anyone to retire from work.
I was a born and raised here. It really is the best place to live . You can go 30-45 minutes in any direction and be at the beach, mountains and desert. Beaumont is located in the San Gorgonio pass on the way to Palm Springs. Here you get a little bit of every season, just enough to enjoy the season. Over the years I have seen Beaumont grow from a one street light and 2 stop sign town with a population of 2000 people to a community of 64,000 people. Although the growth could of been a bit smaller we still some how are able to keep the small town feel.
Growing up here makes my review a bit biased, but I couldn't imagine living anywhere else.
