Baxter Reviews

Baxter is a small town. It's very old fashioned and family oriented. It's the kind of town you'd move to before starting a family of your own. It's right outside of Cookeville, a large town which is where most of everything will actually occur. Overall a good, average place.

Baxter is a small friendly town. It is a poorer area and the schools do not receive as much funding as they should.
