Barre Town Reviews

I love it here! It has the best of both worlds. A rural feel and Montpieler minutes away as well as shopping centers. The people are friendly and if you like the outdoors it's great. By the way, as a new resident, I find the health care system far better then NH.
There are many good stores and restaurants in my area, but from my experience, there are equally as many where I've had consistently bad service. That's the reason for my "okay" rating.
Alot of drugs pass through Vermont, and it shows in Barre. I wouldn't choose to live in Barre if given the chance. Anywhere else in the state is better, except for Rutland.
