I enjoy living in the small town of Barbourville, I know almost everyone I run into on a daily basis, and having a small knit community we are able to come together and accomplish great things! Last year our little town raised over $26,000 for the University of Kentucky Children's cancer clinic, I love being in charge of that fundraiser and cannot wait to see what this great community can accomplish this year!

Nice little town. Not much to do, as in only 3 real restaurants and no other entertainment, but that is often expecting in small areas, especially in Eastern Kentucky. Close to I-75 which makes travel very easy. Huge problem with addiction and small crimes. People constantly walking around at all hours of the night going through trash and snooping around, especially right in town and inside the flood walls.
Barbourville is a beautiful town, surrounded by mountains, with a wealth of southern culture. How ever, the town is infested with drug addicts and I would love to see the people get the help they need.
