People are very nice in Vancouver. Vancouver has an awesome school district with wonderful teachers. In the summer it's very beautiful. There are countless places to hike and it's right next to the mighty Columbian River!

The overall job outlook for this particular area is good. There are many different businesses nearby. However most people here commute over the Glenn Jackson bridge into oregon everyday to work jobs in downtown portland. Portland Oregon is where most of the jobs that pay well are and where a lot of adult especially with families work.
There is not many crimes in Vancouver, WA.
