Balfour Reviews

Still considered a subpar Asheville neighbor with a large population of old white people and country-folk who get cranky about youth, minorities, and liberals. More affordable than Asheville, and close enough to there that more and more people are moving here over Asheville, many of which are bringing their creativity and entrepreneurship to town. I can see this town changing from an old, country mountain town to one that rivals Asheville in creativity and experience in the next 10-20 years.
