Baldwin Reviews
Rating 4.5 out of 5 4 reviews
Baldwin is a great little town nestled in the heart of north ga mountains. Some say if you blink you may miss it. From the old colonial house down town to the 1950 gas stations. It’s a unique place unlike any other. Convient access to 441, so you can travel either way. Don’t forget to stop at the stew n que for a delicious one of a kind country breakfast, and the patron has the best lunch buffet in town with its authentic Mexican food.
My parents have lived in this area since they were born and have no desire to leave. Many people have the same tendency because the sense of community is great. With a smaller town, most individuals know each other and would be glad to help each other out in time of need. There are many community events such as festivals and fundraisers.
Police are very active in the community. With such a small population, the officers react fast and prepared for most all situations. I feel very safe in this area. There is a minimal amount of crime, of course there is crime everywhere but in comparison to bigger cities it is relatively safer.
