Quiet neighborhood, well kept lawns. Close to major shopping and outdoor activities. Summer traffic becoming somewhat of an issue due to commercial growth.
Overall, this area is very beautiful. There is always something to do like go to the beach.
Transportation is great. A lot of open/long roads. Traffic not to bad if back roads are taken. Buses and taxi services are also available.
