Health/fitness is a good way to keep a person body up and running well. People who take the time out to excersie have a better chance at becoming a healthy person. Peopl in my area excersie almaost everyday, whether it is walking or running. I stay physically active everyday. I walk two to three miles a day. i also go out side everyday and let my baby boy play with his toys out the door and I stay running behind him. A person that stay physically active is more relax and clam. Over all health/fitness is a very good way to stay positive.
