Avondale is so family friendly. My family has been living there for 30+ years and other families as well. It's a very loving environment. However, wish the new generation of teens would behave a little better.

I like living here. It is very quiet and comfortable. Kid friendly. We have friendly neighbors. 20 min away from the city. Easy commute to work. Affordable housing.
Very hard to find a job.
