    Avery Creek Township Reviews

I have lived in Avery creek since 1989 and have seen tremendous growth in every area. My kids went to Avery Creek Elementary and loved it. There is a broad range of incomes in families and we do have more needy families and lower income than the biltmore park area which is close by. There is still alot of native people but alot more transplants have moved into the area. We have always felt pretty safe and we like being so close to schools and church.
Asheville area used to be friendly and welcoming, but since many people have moved here, it isn't as friendly.
    Small stores are individual oriented.
