The neighborhood I live in is quiet and tranquil. I am near a busy road so it's convenient to get where I need to go, and there are plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues nearby. I walk often throughout the side roads here and have always felt safe. There aren't sidewalks on them but the roads behind me have little traffic and nice neighbors that don't mind you walking through their grass. :) I do not use public transportation but see many bus stops and frequently see the buses in town, so they seem to be pretty accessible. All nearby establishments have ample parking spaces. This is a great place to live and raise a family!
I personally enjoy living in Youngstown. It has a large variety of people and cultures all over the city. Youngstown is pasionite of art and music. Down town Youngstown has many options for a night on the town. It has really improved over the years that I have lived here.

One of the best parts of Youngstown is mill creek park. I take my dogs hiking in mill creek park three times a week. It has beautiful nature trails and ponds. I also go to play tennis in the large wick recreation center where there is many opertunities to get exercise.

I have lived in Youngstown my entire life and I plan to stay here for the rest of it.
I know most of my neighbors and they are all very friendly! Many of them have lived here for several years, some of them their whole lives. There is a park just for dogs that is fenced in and allows them to run free and play with other dogs. We have a beautiful animal shelter nearby that works hard to find cats and dogs good homes. There are many concerts and children's activities in this county.
