Working in Attalla
Attalla in a small friendly town. It's one of those towns where everyone knows everyone and has family owned places all in it. The schools in the area are great along with the sports activities that are in and out of school. The police in the area are great and do there job very well. Hardly do you ever hear any negative comments about the police in the Attalla area. If you go down to downtown Attalla it is very interesting to walk down the streets and go to all the places. It's filled with antique shops, boutique shops, florist, and they even have a farmers market every week. One a year they have this festival call Heritage day where you go and they have all these venues, bouncy houses, food carts, and all kids of activities for the family and kids. They have live bands that place with local artist and even a car show. Attalla has many events throughout the year to keep it entertaining and fun for everyone. My experience with Attalla has been amazing and I love it there.
My experience with Attalla has been average. The schools are probably the best part. The schools are phenomenal. There are not much job opportunities, but that is currently being worked on. Attalla is probably considered a low income place, therefore, affordability is average. As a current resident, school really does drive the community. Whether it's through academics or athletics, the schools have it all.
Attalla is cool place to save money retire and raise kids. There is absolutely nothing else to do here but your close to Huntsville, Atlanta and Birmingham!!
