Let me start by saying the “Atlanta experience” can be different for everyone. I’m not exactly a social butterfly but I can be in certain situations. This place is booming with ample opportunities for growth , but also failure . It’s easy to spot those differences with a good head on your shoulders, but positively speaking, anything can be done. I believe it’s accommodate-able regardless of class or social status ; not the cheapest but booming with roommate opportunities. Many people working towards establishment find different ways to save towards their goal — which I personally find very appealing and make sure I always ask how . Atlanta offers many different options for socializing and the club/party scene has always been it’s main attraction! I say (For any current or future residents) definitely take advantage of all Atlanta has to offer . Explore , meet people , learn new things and make every situation work out to your benefit.

Atlanta is definitely the place to go for black creatives, better education, and entertainment. It is a progressive city with many job opportunities, diversity, and tourist sites. The city is also home to three of the best HBCUs in the country; Spelman, Clark Atlanta, and Morehouse! The only downside would be the unfair rent prices, expensive taxes, and aggressive, stagnant traffic.
The community of Atlanta is pretty tight-knit; everyone knows everyone. If you're not in the scene then you're missing out quite frankly. From fashion to different culinary gurus, Atlanta has it all. Personally, I love the arts and underground scene. Anything after dark- I'm there. In the past few years, through networking and just being out-and-about on the town have made many friends, connections and, most importantly, many memories. Being located in the south, the city comes with a warm and welcoming community. People speak to you and enjoy connecting with others- visitors and residents alike. Whether you're into daytime life or something more low-key, Atlanta will provide an experience for all.
