Schools: excellent
Safety: children are safe and people watch out for them. The law enforcement is substandard and cannot be relied upon to enforce any ordinances or laws.
Council: As with every small town there are a few that control every aspect of the community. If you are not locally born then your influence in city affairs will be very minute.
Overall: This, like other small towns, could be an even greater place to live and raise a family but small-minded, short-sighted thinking and planning will always inhibit growth.

My experience at Arapahoe is excellent. They have an amazing school district with a good educational system. They have a good variety of jobs to from working at from working at a grocery store to working at the dairy. For recreational purposes Arapahoe has a; bowling alley, movie theatre, soda fountain, veteran's wall, museum, golf course, frisbee golf course, football field, and a baseball field.
Arapahoe is a humble small town where every citizen is friendly and willing to help anyone in need. In Arapahoe there is no fear for anyones safety and the whole town is well connected and involved with one another. There are a lot of opportunities for families to find work and have chances for young children and students to make money if they so wish. Arapahoe's public school is highly regarded for producing great scholars and helping students reach their full potential.
