Crime & Safety
This area has been kind to me since moved here with my family almost seven years ago. The concept of moving from a larger city to a small town was a major change to me for the living method of Arkansa. Missouri may not have as much of a general population of Hispanic's but they still welcomed me into their ways of life. Being able to wake up to a calm peaceful atmosphere instead of a busy neighborhood full of moving vehicle taking children to school, where i could just walk to school, and hear the constant noise of police sirens whailing in the background. If by chance i am forced to leave my home to a better and more populated city i would still come back because you might be able to take the county out of a city but you cant take the county out a person.
I am in love with the atmosphere Anderson MO has. The small town gives way to developing a close knit community. I have come to know many names and faces. Everybody there is really friendly and welcoming. Good southern hospitality.
Anderson is a town of little economic or cultural development. There are virtually no job opportunities in this area and if there is a job here it is never above minimum wage. Finding places to live here are impossible as renting options are extremely limited. The area although pretty at times can not overshadow the fact that the general population is rude and unwelcoming.
