Amity is a beautiful, abet small, town. The scenery around it is gorgeous and it's very quiet. However, having so few people in the town means that there is not much happening, and there are few places to work, so if this is something that bothers you, Amity is not for you. The main street is very up-and-coming, and the Blue Goat and waffle and coffee shop are great. The commute to McMinnville is only about 25 minutes.

The change of atmosphere and friendly feel is refreshing but there could be more traffic control. Traffic can be out of control and it's very stressful when you're 15 minutes late because of the fact that there's an entire lack of traffic lights.
Small little quiet country town, mostly farming community with a few local wineries, but brings in minimal tourism.
