American Fork is a very family friendly city with young families and safe neighborhoods and schools for them to attend. There are many activities and events for all ages to get involved, socialize, serve, and have a good time. There are also a large variety of shops, restaurants, schools, and anything else you might want. Traffic isn't bad at most times of the day. Weather follows the typical bi-polar Utah weather, but it's doable. I have lived here for about 11-12 years and have rarely found anything to complain about, except maybe the lack of diversity, but that doesn't dampen living standards. Overall, I have really enjoyed living in American Fork and would recommend it to anyone!

I love American Fork, Utah! It is a fairly small city, with about 30,000 residents. It's the perfect balance between a small town, and a big city. People in "AF," as it's called, are for the most part, kind, generous, and willing to help their neighbor. The only thing I would change about American Fork it the fact that it snows, but other than that the weather is nearly perfect in my opinion! I am grateful to have had the change to grow up there.
It is a great city but I miss the smaller town feel. It is starting to get too crowded for me! The neighborhoods are great and the city itself is pretty clear, but housing costs keep going up. It is very close to alot of recreational opportunities so that is what is the best part!
