Great place to live! The mall, hospital, groceries, restaurants, and sunrail are near by. Not as crowded as Orlando and it is quieter to live in Altamonte Springs.
What's great about Altamonte Springs is location. You're just a small drive from all the amenaties that Florida has to offer. You're either a 45 minute drive to Daytona Beach, a 15 minute drive to Orlando to watch a Magic game and a 30 minute drive to I-Drive. What I love about Altamonte Springs is how close everything is. All the stores you need are right around the corner unlike many of the communities where even if you are trying to get groceries, you are a decent ways away. We also have some of the best celebrations and events at Crane Roost from the Firework celebration on July 3rd to the beautiful Christmas Lights that light up the park for a night out.
