    I like it here because we are in a small community and we can trust one another. But as far as entertainment goes, our options are limited. Myself being a teenager I like to be out in the world doing stuff, and that is quite difficult here in my hometown.
    There is little to no crime in Martin besides teenagers' practical jokes. I do see the police from time to time and they have been good for me. As for safety, I feel generally safe walking around outside at night.
    There are very few houses that are vacant, none that I can think of. Only a few are up for sale but most everyone who comes to Martin stay for life. I live on the outside of Martin so I cannot say what the life is like for those living up in town.
