Town is like a black hole, no growth opportunities, no entertainment and school system is horrible. The only good thing about the town is that most of what you need is within walking distance.
It is part of small town America. It is mostly friendly, but cliquish as you might find in most smaller towns. Overall, people are caring and want to see the town grow and do well.
The area is quiet and nice to live in. However the city keeps running businesses out of town and makes it hard to find a job in town for students. We have a nice park that we can play basketball in and take kids to play.
