We bought our first home here about 6 months ago, and we are so happy with our choice. We wanted to feel safe and have a place to walk our dogs but still be close to the city and this is perfect. It's a quick 10-15 minute drive to pretty much all of the popular spots: Soulard, Downtown, etc. This feels like home and I couldn't be happier!

I love Affton!! Been living here for 23 years. It has grown so much! I have 3 children in 3 Affton schools, Mesnier, Roger's, and Affton high. They've gone through all 4 schools and excel. My oldest is working on a scholarship. The schools are amazing. The neighborhood and general atmosphere of Affton is inviting. We are close and connected neighborhoods. There is a rich history as well.
Living in Affton, there is a lot to do within a short travel time. It is overall a great place to raise kids and a build a family. The neighborhoods are clean and safe for your kids to run and play in and the schools have great teachers and good opportunities.
