Ada is filled with some of the most beautiful, loving, and kind people. Everyone is so helpful! I have made some amazing friends while living here. There is not much of a night life and it's not that health-conscious friendly nor outdoorsy. There is a nice park, but not much outdoor recreation. But the people truly make the place.
I’ve lived here since I was 5yrs old, and am now 27. Ada definitely has that small town feel, where most people know each other, which is nice. Ada does need to improve on a lot of things, such as more recreational activities for families, better night life, and supporting local businesses. The schools are hit and miss, it honestly depends on the teacher whether or not your child gets a “good” education that year. The parks here are alright, nothing exciting. Overall, there’s not a lot to do here for anyone, and there’s a high crime rate. Put two and two together..
As a new comer, I loved the welcoming atmosphere in this tightly-knit, warm community. It would be amazing if more community service opportunities were opened so that every individual citizen in Ada could be part of a wave of change in their society.
