I have lived in Acworth for most of my life. It is a very small town of about 700 people so there isn't much going on, but it's beautiful and I like not having neighbors.
We live in New England so snowstorms are to be expected. Aside from snow/ice, there are very few natural disasters. Occassional side-effects from tropical storms that make it this far, but that's unusual.
Very small rural town. No local retailers. Closest gas station is about 20 minutes away as is a small grocery store & Dollar General store. For chain restaurants, and bigger retail stores, must drive 30 - 40 minutes.
