I really love that I was able to be born and raised in Aberdeen. The town is about 27,000 people but everyone is so friendly you almost feel like you've known everyone here for years. It is a great place to raise your children with very low crime and such a kind community that loves helping others!

I have lived in Aberdeen my whole life and I personally think that it is a great town. Although at times it may seem like there is not a lot to do around here, the people are great and everyone knows one another. The community is very friendly, welcoming, and continuing to grow constantly. Aberdeen is a very safe community and a great place to raise kids.
I like living here in Aberdeen. I moved here a couple years ago from Saint Cloud, MN. It's not too big and it's not too small population wise. Growing up in a big city makes me thankful for the smaller towns. There was way too much crime and craziness in Saint Cloud. I can remember multiple times where I feared for my safety just doing everyday things. I think Aberdeen is a much safer city. I wish that there was more to do activity wise around Aberdeen though.
