I like that Zion has very compassionate teachers and they are very Christ-like. The teachers support you and truly care about their students. The student- teacher ratio is very small compared to other schools, so the teachers build relationships with their students. The teachers teach students at Zion work ethics, high school readiness, and a deeper understanding of the subjects. The school is small so they do not have as many sports as public schools, but that is to be expected. The one thing, I would like to see change is the office lady or admin assistant. She is plain rude and snappy talking on the phone and talking to her in the office.
The teachers at Zion were extremely nice and truly cared about each one of their students. I had the privilege of attending Zion for eleven years and even through the changing involving teachers, each of the additions or replacements had strong experience in the field of teaching. Each of them demonstrated the love of Christ Jesus to every single one of their students and fellow teachers.
Although Zion has a limited number extracurricular activities, the staff works with the students to expand current activities to meet the needs and desires of the student body.
