Yorba Linda High School Reviews
Rating 3.95 out of 5 395 reviews
I have been a student at Yorba Linda High School for four years. I absolutely love the school! Administration is involved with activities during lunch, assemblies, etc. Most of the extracurriculars I've been in have been an awesome experience. Overall, this school is very resourceful and helpful to their students!
I have nearly spent my entire high school life in Yorba Linda High School, and the most of the duration of it was a challenge for the right reasons. The school offers many AP college-level courses for the students who really want to challenge themselves, such as myself. Despite being stressed about it, it's not really the schools' fault for the stress. The teachers I have had have all been enthusiastic about helping me with the challenges that I faced during class. A good friend of mine also has the great opportunity to pursue his passion of movie-making because the school has the resources for it. As for the overall community, most people I've met are nice, but I feel as if the good community the school once had is slowly starting to deteriorate with each generation. The rowdiness has increased since I was a freshmen.
Yorba Linda High School is an amazing campus with supportive, passionate teachers and a diverse student body. I love the wide array of classes it offers as well as the school spirit seen on campus. One thing that could be improved is the bathroom situation. Not only do they keep some bathrooms closed for no reason, but kids vape in bathroom stalls every day and somehow they are never caught. I dislike having to smell the second hand smoke.
