My parents choosing ybarra was the best desicion they made for me. Starting in 1st grade in a new school was scary but I quickly made new friends that I continue to have to this day and even more. I can say that I had enough resources for each grades. I did have problems here and there but it was with students and resolved soonly. But if you were concerned with the teachers, you have nothing to worry about! My past teacher was amazing. She started with an amazing attitude for the new school year and kept it throughout. She also had words of affrimations which was suprisng because not many do this! But as for me she was very good. She gave good words of ecouragments too.
Overall, I would say that my 9 years at Ybarra Academy of the Arts and Technology were great. I always felt safe, the teachers were always there to answer any questions one may have or just to offer advice, there was always something new going on and they even offer advanced courses for their students in order to help us all progress and prepare for high school.
This school was awarded with the Gold Ribbon. I am very proud of the staff and students for a great accomplishment.
