I loved how nice everyone was toward me at Xavier High School. Previously coming from a public school, I had very little friends and was often bullied and shamed for my interests in science and the arts. At Xavier High School, I was instead praised for my interests and fond many pupils that share the same common goals. In fact, for the first time in my life, I had an abundant amount of friends to hang out with before, during, and after school. However, I am not enamored with all the Catholic views this school has to offer such as believing that women are inferior to their male counterparts as well as their belief that a woman does not have the right to terminate her own pregnancy.

Xavier High School is a prestigious place, which offers their students the best facilities in the city. This school has numerous resources that can help a student reach his full potential. The community is generally accepting, however, there are cliques. The teachers are the most honest, heartfelt people in the city. Although this school is amazing, the college guidance department leaves you unprepared for the college process. If you value respect and family, Xavier High School delivers.
I liked attending Xavier overall because of the great academics and sports programs, but not a great place if you’re not White, Catholic, and Republican. Students are sheltered and ridiculed by others if they disagree with Catholic and conservative views.
