Continuing a Catholic education was important when deciding where to attend high school and college. I desired to be a part of the inclusive Xavier community. I admire the ability to freely discuss faith. I feel properly challenged with the rigorous curriculum of honors and AP classes. I have been active on dance team for four years, the team photographer, secretary and captain. I have been elected to student council and Vice President of National Arts Honor Society. Xavier allows me to explore my leadership qualities, while also pursuing outreach. I completed over 80 hours of service junior year. Xavier has prepared me well for college through discovering I am better suited with a smaller classroom environment.
I would make hot lunch options healthier and more biodegradable to benefit both students and the environment. I would add recycling bins and advocate the importance of decreasing wastes on campus. I would increase school spirit and advocate for involvement.

Xavier College Prep has provided an amazing high school experience for our son which has prepared him for college, as well his continued journey of growth. The teachers and staff encourage the students to seek opportunities that will allow students to stretch their minds, imagination, feelings and religious consciousness. The strong academics and programs intertwined with life-changing retreats and volunteer opportunities really set the school apart from other high schools. The Jesuit philosophy has taught Timothy to live as a person for others and to go out and make a difference in this world. Beyond the incredible education, these students are learning how to become competent and responsible members of society.
I transferred to Xavier my junior year of high school from a public school. Transferring to Xavier was the best decision I ever made. Xavier is not just a high school, it's also one big family. The teachers at Xavier are excellent and always know what they are teaching. The teachers are also always there when you need it. They are always willing to explain more and help out whenever you can be there. The students at Xavier have a amazing work ethic that you will never see anywhere else. The students also have this amazing drive for school spirit and the parents are always involved as well.
