I've really enjoyed my time in the Wyoming school district over the past 12 years! I feel that almost, if not all, of my teachers have cared a lot about me and my classmates, which gave us a very positive learning experience. Our school's administration has always worked hard to make our school safe, fun, and very educational. We take lots of pride in our high academic and athletic achievements. Even without taking AP courses, our teachers still ready us all for college and the rest of our future.
Overall, I love our school district and I'm very thankful that I was able to grow up in Wyoming. it has provided me with great resources, a fantastic education and so much more.

I was very lucky to go to school at Wyoming High School, and live in Wyoming because of its wealthy population. The school, on the surface, functions very well in all respects, but as a student, I can assure you that is not the case. They focus on sports much more than the arts or music department. Our technology department is not equipped to handle the problems that arise when we switch systems, and our counselors are close to useless. There is also a common idea that any grade less than an A is embarrassing, and our students are driven to extreme levels of stress to keep their grades adequate. On the other hand, Wyoming challenges us as students in our classes, and prepares us for college in this way. The small amount of students leads to a good teacher to student ratio, which is helpful for student-teacher help sessions. The most important thing about Wyoming is that it is very respected in Ohio, and will look very nice on your college resume if you graduate from Wyoming.
I’ve had an amazing experience at Wyoming High school. I am the person I am today because of this school and the community it is in. With many extracurricular activities available to me, I was able to build my character and personality. I’ve experienced many things such as Student Council, Yearbook committee, Relay for life and Cheerleading. With trial and error I found my place within Wyoming’s cheerleading program. Teaching me how to become a good leader and set good examples, I was voted captain of JV and Varsity. With academics Wyoming has really helped me succeed. I push myself as far as I can go, by taking AP classes that both challenge and interest me. Wyoming also gave me the opportunity to take three AP art classes is really amazing. Overall I cannot wait until the day I come back and raise a family of my own in this community. Ensuring that the family I create will have the same opportunities and success that I have recurved here, at Wyoming.
