I have been at worthington Christian since late elementary school and really like it here! While at first students were somewhat cliquey (there is a big emphasis placed on those who have attended the school their entire lives,) after a while I found a good group of friends I could fit into. The best thing in my opinion at WC is the staff genuinely seem to care about students. Most likely a mix of the solid Christian foundation, as well as the smaller student faculty ratio, it makes it easier to connect with a teacher, and they very often will offer advice or help if you need it. The education as well is very rigorous, you can take an easier path for it, however for the most part the classes will make you work and actually learn, which is paired well with Bible classes that really dig deep into the word. Overall WC, I feel is a very good place to go for school, with caring faculty, kind students, a strong curriculum, and an ever so important biblical worldview.
I've only attended this school for two years, but many have been at Worthington since elementary. Since my junior year, my worst experience was when I first arrived. I felt unwelcome and secluded from everyone because it was such a tight-knit community that had known each other for years. In addition, while few physical altercations exist, students have resorted to spreading hate and gossip on social media. This has resulted in them getting in trouble and sometimes, earning suspensions.
My favorite part of school is the opportunities they give us to push ourselves by taking CCP classes and familiarizing us with that mindset. Also, they implement a biblical worldview into everything they are teaching, from an actual Bible class to working at the cafe, strengthening student's faith.
I would like to see the no-phone policy change to a more realistic system. I would also like to see more opportunities for middle schoolers and high schoolers to connect, inspire, and influence each other.

Worthington Christian has provided me with the tools that I need to prosper, not only in my academic endeavors, but also in my daily life. While attending Worthington Christian High School, I have had the opportunity to meet a diverse group of students, who share the same goals as I do. I have had the opportunity to travel to another country and conduct missionary work, which changed my view on life and enhanced my ambitions to serve others and accomplish my personal goals. I am thankful for the teachers, who provided daily support. Worthington Christian High School has provided me with some of the best years of my life. I have built so much character and have gained values that I can take with me. I am proud to become a graduate of Worthington High School and I am looking forward to using the tools that Worthington Christian High School has provided me to become successful in my future endeavors. My overall experience at Worthington Christian High School will never be forgotten.
