Our family had a great experience at WA! There are so many opportunities for kids to find their interests and try new activities. The teachers are mostly fantastic. There are super academic opportunities for geniuses, really bright kids, and kids who need structure and motivation to be their best student-selves. This makes for a nice mix of kids with a broad variety of strengths and talents. Kids get so many chances to form close bonds with their teachers, who often are also their coaches, club advisors, project mentors, academic advisors. Academic AND personal preparation for college is topnotch. WA kids learn how to write, research, think creatively. The unique urban historic campus provides options for community service and seeing life beyond the ivy-covered gates. "Achieve the honorable" motto is central to everything at the school.
Review Worcester Academy
My overall experience with Worcester Academy has been very enjoyable; I have been able to find and construct opportunities to enable change and challenge my peers, teachers, and leaders- even in the absence of a title (such as class president). Campus environment can feel a little weird at times. The community is a melting-pot of international and domestic students, and there is a noticeable gap in the interactions between the two. There are many members of the community, however, who are very invested in making the community a better place. We have clubs and groups on campus such as Student Activists and Allies, Gender-Sexuality-Alliance (GSA), Diversity Equity/Inclusion Committee... to name a few. It's awesome how students are able to work with teachers, administration, and deans to help the community be more inclusive for all people on campus.

I would confidently recommend coming here.
WA created incredible memories that made me heartfelt. WA cares about students' well-beings and their families around the globe; every stuff and teacher encourage students to bring the best out of their beings; everyone supports each other on campus like a big family. The school devotes all of the time to assist students to grow and to grow with them. WA has strong sport teams as well as high standard academics. The school has been expanding and upgrading facilities over the years. Most of all, the school never stop being there even after students graduated. WA keeps a strong alumni community after bonding with students during the academic years. I miss The Academy and can go on reviewing for pages long. Nothing is perfect and The Academy has been doing excellent. I will stop right here and let you experience yourself.
