Woodinville High School is a great school. It has an abundance of clubs to choose from. It also has teachers that are willing to meet with you before, during, or after school to help you be successful. This school has a partial block schedule for the first part of the week and a more traditional style the rest of the week. The block schedule is great because you have less classes in the day, but more time in the classes that you do have. Double time on class periods allows for deeper thinking and more time to work collaboratively on group projects. Administrators as well as teachers at times greet students at the front entrance of the school each and every day. The school has a very welcoming feel partly because of this. Overall, this is a fantastic high school!

As a student I can testify that just like it's facade, the academic academic atmosphere, although similar to most high schools, was also comforting and encouraging. The resources provided were outstanding. This only goes to prove that at some point it is up to the student to realize their reality, and pick themselves up and study for their own future. But unfortunate the lack of education on drug abuse and sex had many students veer off the right path to one that is full of irresponsibility, and the perpetual cycle of self-loath and hatred which only fuels the need for more abuse. In conclusion, my experience, see girls get constantly get pregnant, or kids over dosing on drugs, has only taught me that the moral code of conduct can be taught, but only be taught to a certain extent. The individual will to uplift not only the self, but others, is a journey that many sojourn only for selfish desires without the thought of its consequences.
There is an essay's worth of reasons why Woodinville is a great school, however, the most prominent is the faculty and staff. I have connected with many of the teachers not only academically, but personally as well. They go out of their way to make sure students understand the material even if you are not in their class. For example, if one teacher's explanation of a topic is not making sense, the door is always open to ask another teacher and see if they can explain a different way. The administrative team does a great job of trying to stay involved in student activities so that all students feel important. The principle, Kurt Criscione is always coming to the student sports games as well as the theatre performances. He has gone so far as to bring extra umbrellas on especially rainy days and run them to the students coming down from the parking lot so that the students could stay dry in class. It is the thoughtful gestures like this that make Woodinville such an amazing high school.
