The teachers and staff are great! They're engaging, positive, and involved with students. The facility itself is falling apart a little, but the county voted down a new school. Overall a good place to be, and test scores are above average.

My experience at Woodford County high school has been exceptional. My teachers have always been great role models for me and my peers. As a school, we are top five in the state in academics. The school and the staff make you feel at home, our school has a saying its safe, respectable and responsible. Another police our school stresses is bullying, there is a zero tolerance for bullying at Woodford county high school. When I walk into school I feel safe and that is most important. This last year there has been a lot of school shootings around the United States, but at Woodford county high we make sure these incidents don't happen.
My favorite thing about Woodford County High School is our sense of community. This sense of community is extremely brought out during our homecoming pep rally. Although everyone is fighting to win the spirit stick, there is still this sense of belonging and unity that radiates through out the gym. Everyone comes together and supports their fellow students in the pep rally games and competitions. That has to be my favorite part of Woodford County because it definitely feels like I belong.
