I enjoyed my four years at Woodcreek High School because of all the amazing opportunities and experiences I got to have. I was on the cheerleading and stunt team and those sports taught me so much and I will forever thank Woodcreek for giving the best cheerleading experience. I was also involved in many extracirriculars such as the yearbook staff, National Honors Society, and many other volunteer oppurtunities through the school. I will always remember the fantastic staff and teachers that always helped me when I needed it the most and guided me through those four years. This school is also extremely safe and clean, so it is somwhere were I always felt safe and connected to everyone. I learned so much from this school and I would recommend anyone that has the chance to go there for an amazing academic experience!
Woodcreek is an amazing school! I have enjoyed being a part of various clubs, Student Government and Athletics. The teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. I also had the opportunity to challenge myself and take AP classes to prepare me for college. My little sister will now be attending Woodcreek as a Freshman and I know she will be well taken care of after I graduate this May!
I love that Woodcreek is a very diverse and inclusive school that offers something for everyone, be it performing arts, sports, or academics. One thing I would like to see change is the level of security at the school. This past year I tried to leave campus after taking an AP test, but I was told I couldn't leave until a parent signed me out. I thought this was pretty ridiculous, considering I had just been through three hours of hell. Another thing I would change is the fact that the monitors force you to leave campus after school has been out for a certain amount of time. They will literally ride around on bikes and tell you to leave, in no uncertain terms. This makes it difficult for those of us who like to stay to talk with friends after school. But overall, I think Woodcreek is one of the best schools in the area, and it has high quality academics and sports which make the campus and the school amazing.
