My past four years at Woodbridge High School have been a blast. Our academics are strong and the majority of teachers are engaged and provide insightful lessons during each class. WHS is very diverse which means there is a club for anyone! My time at WHS has been filled with positive memories however, I do feel that some school activities/events/contests are biased towards students involved in ASB or friends of ASB. Overall, WHS is a great school and I am glad to call myself a WHS Warrior.

The classroom atmosphere encourages students to want to do well. Classes are not too challenging or too easy for students, so more students are willing to engage with teachers and the material. The school offers a range of Honors/AP courses in addition to the college prep/ graduation requirements. Personally, in all of my classes there, I felt that the material was well taught by teachers, expectations were fair, and the academic calendar is traditional. In addition to classes, the campus is always clean and presentable, while being safe with campus security and police presence everyday.

The student population is very diverse, but it is very representative of the surrounding area. I had the chance to meet people in classes with differing home lives that I would not normally meet on my own. The diversity is a nice feature to the school.
Woodbridge High School is a great school especially if you're looking for a connected atmosphere. The arts programs (especially the Grammy-Award winning music programs) always provide a family-like relationship and there are lots of different classes offered such as Forensics, Anatomy, AP Statistics, and Calculus classes. The classes and workload depending on which class you take can be very hard and at times overwhelming but the recent change to a block schedule really helps to lighten the load a little bit when it comes to tests and homework. I enjoyed having a good time getting to know many types of students and being exposed to so many different types of academics. The school offers many activities for mental health during lunches and tutorials and helps you to prepare for college through AP classes and college workshops.
