I LIKED THAT I SAW SIMILAR PEOPLE FROM WWERE IM FROM AND THEY CAME TO THIS SCHOOL FOR MOST OF THE SAME REASON I DID. THIS SCHOOL HOWEVER LACKS THE ADDITION OF CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES TO HELP US WITH THE COLLEGE PROCESS, THEY ARE TRYING TO GET THERE BUT THE STUDENTS ARE IN NEED HELP TO CHOOSE COLLEGES, SATS, EXAMS, ETC, SOME ARE SUFFERING TO PASS.

WAE has completely changed my life. For the mere fact that I was challenged to push myself constantly. I was always charged with excellence in my classes and kept on my toes in simple everyday interaction with faculty. I left WAE and went on to attend the prestigious Howard University in which I will be graduating with a B.S. in Political Science this upcoming May. WAE was the catalyst for me. They promote such love and care between the girls and just within ourselves. They always support you, in whatever you do. All while guiding you to the top. The faculty pours their time, Love and effort in all the women that attend this school because they all have genuine care for the ladies. They want to see us at the top of everything we involve ourselves in and when someone has such hope for you in that area and does everything they can to see it come to fruition, it changes ones life, as it did mine. I recommend the school that helped mold me into the woman that I am today.
Women’s Academy is an average school where many students attend to have a different experience than in any other school, for me it isn’t that great due to less resources and barely any activities (ap classes, art, clubs). One thing I like is that i can make some friends who are like me, and there are some who can help with some things you might not understand through the teachers. Overall it an okay school.
