I made the best choice of my life to transfer here. We are all treated like family. Small yet big enough to get a great experience.
I have a lot of respect for my school. I am proud of where I can from and happy that I was able to go to a school that was so small and close to each other. At times it's difficult when everyone knows everything but having the relationships with teachers and staff at the school like I got was a great experience. We didn't have the best technology or opportunities but our school did as much as they could for us. I am thankful that I was able to go through dual enrollment with North Central Michigan College all because my school gave me the opportunity. It was a great experience, and with the help of dual enrollment I am looking forward to college and feel very prepared.
Our secretary is absolutely amazing. She is the rock of our school and is someone many people in the school trust. The close relationships with teachers also helps many kids, and I feel like myself and many other students have at least one teacher if not many more that they can go to and trust with a problem that they are having. Many times bully reports have been filled out, or a student and a teacher will have a private meeting sometime during the day about a problem that they are having and I feel like the majority of the kids get helped out.
