As a former student, I would not recommend attending this school. Though the small school feel creates a tight knit community, it does not make up for the lack of opportunity and rigor. They do not prepare students well for college. 100% of their students do not go to college, despite what this website says. Many of their students drop out of college after the first year. They have begun to offer dual-credit classes at St. Joseph's college, but this does not even begin to compare to the opportunities and resources you would have within the public school system. They claim their students are more prepared and knowledgeable than those from public school, but it's simply not true. There is little to no diversity at the school, with the exception of several foreign exchange students. Many of the teachers did not have teaching certificates (maybe that has changed in recent years). Clubs are nearly non existent. Sports are extremely limited due to numbers. I would personally look elsewhere.
I have been a parent here for 15 yrs. Both my children started here in Kindergarten. After graduation, my daughter was accepted at every college she applied to. She was very prepared for college - Deans List each time!
My high school son has thrived here. His compassion & concern for his schoolmates is amazing. He has cousins and friends who attend public school - the difference is striking. He is mature beyond his peers (parents often tell me they see a difference).
The small class sizes are fabulous. Teachers really know the students. No one falls behind as they are able to monitor everyone. Also, no discipline distractions - class time is class time!
Sportsmanship is evident in the players & coaches. The teams have gone to the Championship several years in a row. Older players mentor the younger both on the field/court and off.
GREAT school. Highly recommend it!

GREAT school. Highly recommend it!
All three of my daughters have attended Windham Christian Academy. We were very impressed with the class ministries, that allowed our girls learn to serve others in need of help. All three of our daughters were prepared for college and were accepted into the schools of their choice.
