Wilsonville High School is the only high school I have been enrolled in so it is very hard to compare. As I have lived through four years of the unthinkable, Wilsonville High School has been somewhere to lean back on and know that during Covid, they were there to help me in any way. Having relationships with teachers has been very beneficial for me, but rare to find. I have very strong relationships with one or two teachers, but especially this year it seemed like lots of teachers didn't care for the kids.
Wilsonville High School is a toss up. You either have teachers who highly care about their job and want the best for their students, or teachers who already have their mind out of the door. The school also has favoritism when it comes to certain sports over other sports. (Basketball and Football get much more funding) The school gets you ready for college, but also is very picky when it comes to trying to be politically correct. Overall, a decent school to go to, but definitely has its flaws.
Amiable student body.
Many clubs; in STEM, a robotics team and disctrict science fair (advances to state fair and ISEF). Great students especially involved in those extracurriculars.
Teachers are very nice and willing to help before/after school hours.
