I moved here my Junior year and was amazed by the extracurricular activities and fine arts departments! The teachers I've had are amazing and care about the students they teach every day. However, there isn't a lot of school spirit. Overall, it's a really nice school especially if you're into fine arts.

The music and drama department is amazing, with some awesome teachers. The art department is also pretty good, depending on which teacher. Some of the sports teams are good, some of them are not. They differ a lot.
If you are average or below average in academics, there are tons of programs for you. If you are ahead, there are some A.P. classes, but good luck getting the school to work with you a lot on getting you the classes you need. They are getting better at that, though. Food is okay, nothing to speak of, and some of the administration is good, like the front desk (absolute darlings). Some of the administration are practically useless
What I enjoyed about Williston High School was the sense of community within the school. Sure, you will always have clichés and drama; This is high school we're talking about. But nonetheless, I found my place within a group of friends who made high school not only bearable, but fun as well. Not only that, but we, the students, had an amazing faculty that made learning exciting, and prepared us for what was to come in college.
