Williston-Elko HIgh School has been a great experience so far. The teachers have a method of teaching that makes learning exciting and fun. Each teacher has their own style of teaching and every classroom is different. The extracurricular activities are a great way to be involved in the school as well. The community is also greatly involved. In addition to this statement, the only changes I would recommend would be to bring back our pep rally's. It was another great way to get the community involved in the school and help the high school and middle school students interact; as well as the teachers.

I love the fact that I know almost every student and adult in the school environment and I know the teachers really care for the students.
The teachers only want what is best for the students. To me that is all students need to realize that someone does care and that we can all be successful if we put in the effort.
For me personally.. if I'm in a situation where I don't feel safe I will automatically panic and try to leave the situation.. This is something I have NEVER felt at WEHS. I always feel safe and protected. The teachers and faculty here are loving and supportive but they also make sure we get things done.
I have never really been an "outgoing" person because I am incredibly shy but at WEHS I have been involved in many clubs, teams, and organizations with the support of my friends and family. WEHS has played a major part in my life and I wouldn't have wanted this experience at any other high school.
My beginning years of high school were great and I loved it. High school for me was a great experience. The teachers are very nice and make the subject of what they are teaching very understandable and easy to learn. Some changes for the school i would like to see is new school equipment, better bathrooms, newer books, and a more wide range of lunch options. For the most part, none of the students go into the lunch room.
