Compared to other schools located in North Philadelphia, Bodine High School stands out! In all of my years in public school this is the first school I have been to where teachers actually care. The teachers and staff are practically like family. The academic rigor was hard but extremely worth it. The clubs and sports are fun. Overall amazing 4 years!

Bodine High School is an amazing school. It is composed of a tight-knit community where everyone knows and respects each other. It may not have certain things building-wise (air conditioning for one), but besides that, it is great!
William W. Bodine High School is a small family-like community. With a small number of students, relationships between students and teachers were more on a 1 on 1 basis, which were very effective. The quality of the academics was challenging and prepared students for college as well as daily life issues. Unfortunately, due to the lack of funds, materialistic aspects such as food, clubs/activities, and resources were very limited. Nevertheless, the school makes the best of what it has and provides and an excellent education.
