People pay more to live Fremd's district for a reason! I've loved all of my teachers and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. There are a lot of different clubs and activities to choose from, and cool events like Writer's Week, Variety Show, and Operation Snowball. People assume that everyone at Fremd is snobby and rich but that is not the case- there are students from all different cultural and financial backgrounds.
William Fremd is widely considered a top school not only in Illinois, but also nationwide. I’ve always felt that the teachers want to not only teach the students, but build relationships that allow them to help the students with their life as well. In regards to extracurricular activities, there’s something for everyone. Most schools just say this, but Fremd actually backs it up. If you can’t find a club or activity that suits your liking, you’re allowed to create a club yourself. The academics are outstanding, and the graduation rate is a display of it. I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to attend William Fremd High School.
The curriculum was great. They lack of respect for minority's was unacceptable. The minority's are not treated fairly when it come to being deciplined and the staff is harder on minority's than they are on whites. However the academic are great and high school students are set up to be prepared to go to college. Fremd has a high rate for students graduating and going to college. The teachers are good and works hard to make the students a success. The football staff are the best! They take great care of the football players and the definitely set the football players up for success as well as help them to be better men. The football staff had the player do lots of volunteer work around the community and made sure the footy players lead as good representatives of their program.
