I think that William Annin Middle School encourages students to learn about various topics that are not available in other surrounding schools. They go up to 8th grade geometry, which is two years accelerated! They have programs such as Photography, STEM, Woodshop, etc. As for the diversity in William Annin, it mostly consists of white students, but as a colored student, this in no way effects the learning environment. For the food, I normally pack lunch therefore I cannot say if it is good, but I have heard that it's sufficient. I would highly recommend this school.

William Annin is highly achieving and competitive in academics. The school's curriculum is challenging and I feel that it is more advanced than other schools in the area. The staff are amazing and the school only has the best teachers. I love the fact that William Annin has far more quality extracurricular/technical arts/STEM classes than any other school in the area...Even 8th grade Geometry! There is a wide variety of clubs and sports to choose from. On the other hand, the older parts of the facility could be updated because there are no screens on the windows and I've witnessed items fall out of them. Also, most older classrooms are lacking air conditioning, but I think they're working on bringing a HVAC system for the entire building. Half of the food in the cafeteria is good, and the other half is just weird. Not many students have "Annin Pride" because they believe some of the rules are too strict.
WAMS is a fantastic school that exposes you to a lot of different thing both academically and culturally. The teachers, guidance counselors, & entire faculty are amazing!
