I love the overall experience of being at the school. I am very involved in the theater program, which is excellent and loved the Into the Wild program that happens in eighth grade. I also think that many of the teachers are excellent and really make an effort to help students. The opportunities that students have in the range of clubs and electives are vast and great however the two places I feel that Wildwood is lacking in are sports and academic opportunities. I that the opportunities within each subject are somewhat limited. Overall Wildwood is a great school!

Over the years, I have attended several K-12 institutions, and Wildwood School has been undeniably my best experience. Wildwood has a progressive philosophy, meaning that emphasis is placed on project-based learning, cooperation, and social awareness.
At Wildwood, I had many chances to explore my identity. Especially in high school, the curriculum focused heavily on self-reflection, and I was able to cultivate a solid passion for mental health studies. At the same time, I explored my other interests through independent projects, electives, and Wildwood's superb arts program. I believe that these experiences developed me into a multi-dimensional individual.
Wildwood also pays significant attention towards student-teacher relationships. Such collaboration allowed me to strengthen my understanding of various topics. Most importantly, Wildwood's focus on independence helped me to become a self-reliant and college-ready person.
Wildwood School is a very good school for academics and college readiness. It functions as a project-based, progressive education system, with a very strong curriculum. The classroom environment is generally very student-focused, meaning everyone gets a chance to talk in class or collaborate with the teacher. Compared to other California private schools, Wildwood is pretty diverse, but not overall. It is in a nice neighborhood and has a very safe school environment. Overall, the facilities and campus are nice and well-maintained. The sports culture at Wildwood is practically non-existent. There is no field or gymnasium, and the teams are very inclusive and do not compete at a high level. However, one could say that the school makes up for this with its excellent academic curriculum. Wildwood is a very small school, which means that it lacks the traditional "high school experience". However, this also means that the students in each grade are tight-knit and know each other well.
