As an overall experience at WHS, I would say it was unforgettable in a very good way! Being a small town and a small school we are very family oriented and love to see new comers! I loved how personal the teachers and staff treated the students, as if they looked at us as their own. I am very proud to be a soon Whitewright Tiger alumni and so blessed to have such an amazing experience all four years! Somethings I do wish I could’ve experienced in a bigger way was definitely school spirit and including people that weren’t an athlete or a “country person”, although we are a very close knit town there were so times I felt excluded because I wasn’t on the football team or took interest in cattle, I wish we had more organizations for people we were more artistic and musically inclined or loved speaking. I hope in the near future Whitewright High School will offer such electives and open up more opportunities for a more diverse group of students!

I have attended Whitewright High School all 4 years and I am about to graduate! WHS is a very unique small town environment that I believe helped shape my very person. Im graduating as Valedictorian and STUCO President. The teachers are kind and actually care for you more than just academically. In addition, the athletic side of WHS is very good as it preaches hard work and dedication. There are a few problems however: The Food sucks, lack of college help, and not as many sports. Yet i think the school overall is pretty goo. The whole school and town are very friendly and I will never forget my experiences and friendships there. While there were some hardships i dont regret going to WHS!
I attended Whitewright High School 2010-2015, I enjoyed my time here. Whitewright is my hometown and I couldn't have been happier anywhere else, graduating with anyone else. I graduated with 9 students, including myself, that attended Whitewright from Pre-K to 12th grade. Due to the town being so small everyone knew everyone and their dog. The teachers all knew you and they actually cared for each student. My kindergarten teacher put together the sweetest gift of my entire school career.

One thing Whitewright could fix is the bullying. Social media is ugly and it is the leading cause of bullying in this school. It all begins on social media and spreads into the school halls. Kids do need to learn how to stand up for themselves, but they need to learn to be more aware. LISTEN TO THE STUDENTS!!!!!
