I graduated from Whippany Park HS in 2011. It's a shame to see how Whippany Park is currently ranked among New Jersey public high schools. Whippany Park was ranked #1 out of all of the public high schools in the entire state of New Jersey when my family moved to Hanover Township in 1997. We moved to Hanover specifically because of the school system. By the time I graduated from Whippany Park High school, it still ranked among the top 25 high schools in the state.
Currently, Whippany Park is deemed to be the 10th best public high school in Morris County. While it's still an A-rated school, standards have dropped pretty drastically, especially in regard to the number of students who are proficient in mathematics. Now, it's nothing more than an average school in Morris County.

Whippany Park is a place that truly sets its students up for success. The opportunities are endless, while many sports and clubs thrive with its members' attitudes. The environment is supportive and the teachers are always willing to work with their hard-working students. Also, students have the great option of choosing the right types of classes that suit them. The more rigorous courses are taught very well by passionate teachers. It is evident that Whippany Park takes pride in their name and family-like environment. This school is filled with kids who want to make a change and be successful in their years leading up to college. Definitely a place I would recommend to be a part of!
Whippany Park High School is a fun and safe environment with great teachers! I have enjoyed my time at Whippany Park.
